Morning all. I was up early as I couldn't sleep. Getting lots of that lately. Nobody on yet and I was bored. Wakes Wakey! Do you get problems sleeping both my husband and I do since we saw the consultant? If you do what do you do about it?

Yep I do. I go to sleep OK but wake up 2 or 3 times during the night then at 5 to 5.30 and have to get up hence by 8pm I'm shattered.

Same here, keep on waking up and by 5.30 gave up and listened to the radio and a cd with my ear phones...then read when it got light. It will be a long day!

I go to sleep fine then wake about 11.30 and stay awake for a couple of hours, then I sleep intermittently waking probably every half hour till anytime between 3.30 and 6am.

I am always tired when I get up in the morning.

I got 5 hours sleep last night. My Husband 7 and a half. Guess who is going to be the most tired. Nice to talk to you this morning. We are going to visit our four sons this morning. We do a round trip every Sunday. Hope you all have a good day.

I am exactly the same as Suzy6 but I have to go to bed at eight because I am so tired. Berwick xx

Not far behind you berwick, by 3/4 pm I am nearly on the floor so leave work then. By the time I arrive home have got some revitalisation of energy but by 8pm time to climb stairs for bed.

We're a right lot aren't we. I will be taking my tablet tonight. Don't like taking them all the time as they are habit forming and I don't want to go down that road. They are very good for the one off.

Inhave been a poor sleeper for years. Because of his treatment, husband doesn''t do well either but we can sleep in the afternoon.

My husband goes to bed about 10.30pm and I go at 12.00- 12.30am. He was sleeping for about 10 hours before he saw the Consultant and now he keeps waking up. I have an awful job dropping off and sometimes we both get up and make a cup of tea. I usually have a biscuit and then I seem to go off better. I think the moral of that is dont go to bed hungry.
