'Do you ever get one of them days boys' by the King - not our KOTC on here Lol - Elvis. xx
I personally love La Marseillaise, but as the French Revolution is my favourite part of history maybe I'm prejudiced. Had to get the spelling from Wikipedia, which says "The song is the first example of the "European march" anthemic style."
Oh when the saints go marching in < Berwick xx
"Toreador" from Carmen but I love 500 miles by the Proclaimers - great song! Good luck to you. xxx

just stand by sink and do it because if u feel as if u fulling you got dsomething to hold on to sing while ya doing it short burst atrt a time no marathon lol
music at my RT was terrible, so took my own, or would fall asleep, mind you only one under 50 !! Bring it up to a jog and increase, practice up and down steps too, just dance to your fav tunes and sing along!! )good for lungs). There are a few COPD choirs popping up, I wear ankle weights most of time and eventually legs strengthen quicker which is most important for mobility! Keep Dancing!! Have stopped RT as too cold now for me to go out put do swimming - lucky the pool across the road! No breathing probs for months luckily x touch wood
