This is Amber, my rescue dog, have had her for 18 mths now, she came from Ireland, and i,m sure she was used for hunting,,she was full of mange stick thin and had mites,,what a transformation now,,and loves nothing better than rabbit hunting up the hills,,

Thank you all for your lovely replies,,Amber and i complement each other,,but she has given me a new lease of life,,,not only has my breathing improved 3 fold but feel loads better in myself,,like others when you feel ill then you can,t be bothered, but since having her here, i have not had 1 lung infection, i go out in all weathers up the hill, and not so much as a cold,,how lucky was i to get her,,,and i really hope i have another lung infection free winter,, breathe easy all xx

she is lovely! is she a lurcher? my dog merlin is a rescue lurcher and it has been so lovely to see him thrive.

Hi bonzotheboss,, not a clue what Amber is,,lurcher ears i think, her coat is very soft apart from the centre of her back, which is very rough,,her daddy didn,t leave his calling card,,and think her mummy must have been a mixed breed,,she has a white face as well which people then think she is old,,she,s about 7 now,,but would never part with her,,she,s spoilt rotten and knows it
