Sorry to hear about your insomnia. Do you eat or drink tea or coffee late at night? that may make your stomach problems worse. The looseness can happen during short of breath episodes. I have stomach problems (think its the meds) for which I take Gaviscon Lansoprazole tablets from the GP didnt help. Would check out with your GP if your problems dont improve. No fun if you cant sleep. Wishing you well Joyce.

Hello that is so miserable - my husband who has severe Copd suffered with insomnia made worse with some meds eg ventolin inhaler and salbutamol in the nebuliser. He found night rescue remedy a few drops on the tongue helped AND last month a new mattress! You don't say what keeps you awake if it is coughing or sob please talk to your doc about changing meds. Good luck TAD x x

For your tummy have you tried taking acidophilus from your health store. Holland and Barret stock it. It really helps me. Take it before meals.

Also what about yakult and probiotic yoghurts. They all make a difference if you stick with them. M
