Hi Daz I have no experience of this and the only thing I could offer would be a web search list, not sure if this will be of any help to you.
bing.com/search?q=IIDB+Trib...
Wishing you the very best for your search and IIDB
May everything fall into place for you.
All good wishes BC

Hi Daz
I would also find it strange the courts themselves would want to do a medical but you may find out more from the asbestos forum org uk site. There seems to be a lot of information on that site.

Hi kingofCocktail cheers yes am a bit perplexed as are thay going to use there medical person in order to disregard all my medical evidence pictures.
Good luck with that Daz. Would not know where to start but i think the courts always have to use their own independent medical experts to examine the evidence. Usually, you would need to find one that agrees with your interpretation of the facts. Then the other side will find an expert who agrees with their side of the argument. Then they set up their reasons for thinking the way they do and a judgement is made weughing up the evidence on both sides. Best of luck with it all. Alison
Hi alison yep thats what i thought .. But letter said i will indergo a medical wile there .. Have done few searches and can't find out on it
Am concerned as last time a was there thay was ulta bias to point of being criminal .
hi Daz dont you have your own legal representation as they should be advising you surely your entitled to legal aid?You need someone fighting your corner?when is this supposedly to take place?Im really concerned for you something not right gonna have to start shouting.Worried Janexx
Yep, Daz, I agree with Jane. You need a solicitor and barrister. I think these things need to be said in a particular way. Have they asked for medical records? Good luck. Alison
we have been through this process and had to attend medicals for IIDB and compensation. For the industrial injuries we had to go every 2 years, this year we received a letter saying that we did not have to attend any more. Compensation is a totally different minefield and I think we saw 6 specialists in the end and it took just over 4 years to reach a settlement
Wishing you all the best with this Daz. It all sounds so difficult, I really admire you for standing up to it all. P xx
I would think that you would need to provide medical evidence from a specialist to counter their defence. it seems now that it is going to be as difficult as it can be to get any sort of result.
Good Luck with it.
