A few years ago a friend at work went on and on and on about Big Brother - she said that she couldn't stop watching it.

To prove a point I said that that I would watch the next BB and I was sure that it wouldn't 'hook' me.

OMG - I was addicted!!!! The programme took over my life.

I haven't watched it since - too scared!!!!

I do understand now why the antics of the people involved make you yearn for the next episode.

lol Annex, they do choose a clever selection of personalities to live together.

It does grab you. I am much the same as Dancing On Ice, X Factor, and many more.

When they finish you feel a gap in your evening.
