GPs Are Trying To Blackmail Government ... Militants Quite Shocking As Most GPs Are Not Very Good ...
Lets See If Cameron Can Sort Them Out Like He Did The Miners ? Just To Clarify A Was In Total Support Of Miners .... Even Tho Thay Got Perks We Did Not ...
But On Other Hand GPs Have Been On Good Screw For Like Ever ... Well I Say There Is Serious Breaches Of Contractual Issues And Yes GMC Are Hiding
So I Say Sack The Lot For Breach Of Contract ... And All Use One From Anywhere As Long As Thay Will Comply With NHS Contractual Obligations ... Funny Init Just Like That Chinese Cheap Coal .... Well Except It Not Cheap Anymore
Will Say DWP Have Good Rules With Regard Atos And There Contractual Arrangements ...
Just Most People Do Not Know What To Do ... Like This GPs Doctors Letter Thing GPs Have NHS Contractual Responsibilities To NHS And There Patients ...
I Know What They Are And I Know What To Do But .... Can You Say The Same ? Mis Information Is A Great Tool As We All Pay A Price For Or Ignorance
But As Government Are Finding Out He's Ignorance Lack Of Thought No Brainer Tricks Are Trashing Everything And Causing Chaos ... Like Really Even Rioters Could Not Of Done What Nick Cameron Are Doing "priceless" Really
Disgusting.
Wish I was eloquent enough to give my views on this to the full extent.
I worked in healthcare, and noticed how different levels of income
are provided to those with either learning difficulties, disabled etc.
For example some with learning difficulties are provided with a brand
new car, have accounts worth thousands of pounds that they cannot
spend. AND . . .
If you are a professional Care Worker, attempting to use any on the
monies stored in their accounts, say for clothing, furniture . . find
that all the red tape and bureaucracy it is nigh near impossible. So
what is all this benefit for?
It appears to me that those with learning problems take priority to others
with disabilities. Now why should this be?
Although saying that there are a fair few disabled ppl whom also have
a brand new car!
And why huge differences in allowances?
Now will those with mild learning difficulties be forced to work? Loosing
their benefits?
Hmm is it all down to the doctor. We all know that some take a real
interest in welfare. AND some don't

People who have a learning disability don't get any more in benefits than any other disabled person and quite often less. Some of the physically disabled get motability which enables them to get a mobility car but a lot who are entitled to it under the rule of not being fit to go out unaccompanied are refused it.In my 20 odd years of working in this field I only knew one person to get it on these grounds and the welfare rights officer had filled in his forms.
Yes some people do have large amounts in savings because when your spending someone elses money you have to be very careful so quite often you are turned down when you ask if Johnny can buy this or that.
Often people share accommodation therefore share bills which leave them with more disposable income.Having said all this there is still a ceiling which stops anyone claiming benefits if they have a certain amount in savings

I know of someone who claims for a bad back, he has a brand new car, and on dla but his girlfriend (who lives 10 miles away uses it to go to work etc and only picks him up when he wants to come over to stay a weekend at hers, he also goes out dancing where he shows no sign of having a bad back with all his disco moves.
i was told that i needed to go to my g.p. and ask them to document all my health problems on the computer because that's why i was refused d.l.a. so i did and hay ho i appealed against the first decision and was accepted they said they had refused the first time because my illnesses was not documented
Is Shocking Atos Of Al People Told Me My GP As Never Responded To Any Request Like What Is That About ..... Looks Like A Serious Larger Problem
How Many More Have Suffered?
my advice if you have that information in writing make an appointment to see your g.p. ask them why they have not responded to any of their requests and i bet they have
It is a huge problem Daz, but they cannot police it . . so some do well and others dip out.
Makes me cross.

And I wonder if those who are married, with a fit partner / hubby, will be told they
have help?
Yes, but the partners / hubbys do not get anything! Also holding a job and as a carer. Its gross to me.

I had to go to an Atos 'interview' and was told by a very apologetic nurse (once she saw me in my wheelchair, attached to my oxygen) that this was because my GP had not returned the letter they had requested. Not only was there no GP assessment of my condition, there was not even a confirmation of the medication list I had supplied. When I asked at the surgery I was told they only provided letters to patients and that these had to be paid for. Problem was, I did not know one was required. When I came up for review I asked the respiratory nurse at the hospital who wrote an 'update' letter to my GP and sent me a copy so I could use it at the review. It is disgraceful.
