Got up at 5.30sun shinning have lost my voice husband very happy lol hope you all have a good day

I woke up at 0550, mutley dog wanting her early walk.

The sun has not broken thro' as yet, so I was happy to walk her a little

further.

I only say this because walking makes me so hot! I am not overweight,

Anything physical makes me hot and sticky!

Which is a blooming shame seeing that I have been moaning and

groaning about the cold and wet. lol.

Hope your voice returns soon, but in meantime your finger can do the

talking.

Keep hearing about Manuka honey, going to have to get some bet it's really expensive can I get it in supermarkets.

Yes you can, Lib. I'm afraid it is rather expensive as you should only get the 10+ strength or preferably, the 15+.

It does last a good while though.

I tried the manuka honey and so did my son, payed a fortune for it and it did not do anything for either me or him. I think its one of those things that work for some people but not for others I do not know if they are doing smaller jars or not now but if they are might be worth trying a small jar first. you can get it on line for a lot less with free delivery. I got 500 grammes of 20+ or 25+ for £18 via Amazon (same was £60 in Holland & Barrett) ..... as Huff or Puff told me YOU'RE WORTH IT

well it was blooming cold here in Wimbledon. I helped out in the park opposite for 5hours for our annual summer picnic. Everyone wore their picnic rugs! All a lot of fun though
