hello BlakeyC i absolutlely have had my breakfast... THE most important meal of the day....... Gluten free corn lfakes....... x2 boiled eggs and x2 slices of gluten free toast..

I usually take any kind of no or low sugar cereal, with two kinds of any fresh fruit, live natural yoghurt, almond, rice or soya milk on the cereal, I may spring some ground wheatgerm or flaxseed on the cereal for added nutritional value. This followed by malted granary bread with real low salt butter and maybe two cups of tea, also glass of water with or without a magnesium or vit c fizz in it. Its yummy and I have to say I feel great on it

I had mushrooms on toast and 2 cups of tea.
Ha ha ha ha... typing error.... my hands are so cold this morning..... i need that sun out to warm up. :0)
I am fine on my breakfast ha ha ha. I too fizz in the morning..... nothing like a barocca also.

I am on my knees praying for some warm sunshine too. Hope your hands have warmed up by now. Great you are doing good on your breakfast. I enjoy a barocca on occasion too, mmmmm lip smaking.
I have been to exercise session now home for lunch, might have that egg now :). Later I may don my gardening trews and muck around in the good earth or I may just watch the grass grow.

cup of coffee, Lavender Honey & Ginger Yogurt. I hate eating first thing in the morning always have done so I am afraid the healthiest I can cope with is the Yogurt. Before my coffee though I have a bottle of water and take the tablets I can take without food, those I have to take with food are taken at lunchtime I know this may not be quite right but it works for me.
Wow. you are all so health conscious. I had toast butter and fried eggs...Will make up for it later with a healthy salad jacket potato and pork chop.
I quite like healthy food, and hearing what others eat. I am trying goats milk. I had some good tips yesterday or the day before. Today was plenty of dry oats, milk fruit and LF yog.
Mine was a healthy breakfast. Slice of toast and 2 water tablets. Sorry, must run.........

2 slices of batch bread with butter and shop bought home made cherry and berry jam
Very large bowl of 0% fat yohurt with 2 tablespoons of oatbran, yum!
Mornings are the time of day I can do jobs, so find if I eat I am more breathless, so no breakfast. Like Jandan I take my meds that need food at lunchtime. Keep smiling.
