Thanks everyone I am feeling reasonably ok today if I ignore the coughs and sneezes from the beech at the end of my garden

My daughter felt sorry for me yesterday so we went out for a meal last night and I didn't have a panic attack HURRAH

That's really good Jan. Panic attacks are horrible things. I speak from experience because I had them for about 5 years. One day they just disappeared. I hope yours do too. Love from Bobby xxx
