So your breathing problems were originally caused by covid and your doctor gave you Salamol to help with short term relief. From what you describe, your symptoms of breathlessness aren't as bad as they were and walking is easier, which is a very good sign that your lung recovery is happening.

The real test will be how long you can do without your Salamol and how well your lungs cope if you get a virus, like a cold. So keep a Salamol on hand, just to be on the safe side. And if you struggle with breathing in the future, seek treatment from your doctor.

Hope your recovery continues.
