Taking Montelukas

Hello, I am off Montelukas since January 2024. It was replaced with Baclofene. I coughed a lot whenever I took Baclofene. My GP asked me to stop taking it. I had no side effects with Montelukas.

why were you taken off Montelukast?

It does seem strange if montelukast was working for then why would they change ? My only thought that comes to mind is that it's cheaper to buy than Montelukast, I could be wrong but I hope this helps
