The best treatment for asthma and COPD depends on individual needs and severity. In general, inhaled corticosteroids provide effective control along with long-acting bronchodilators. Medication adherence and regular monitoring by a healthcare provider are important to manage symptoms and improve quality of life. Let me know if you know.
