coughing

I’m using foster for about 10 years now. The last months I’m coughing everyday. Also i think you call them productive coughs. I’m looking for information to make it better

Welcome to the forum.do u have asthma? Mines productive both ftm asthma+ other lung diseases.ru on other inhalers? I'd have a word with gp if problematic

Yes I have astma almost all my life. Since I use medicin the astma is under control. Only the coughing is annoying. I thought mabe one of you has a good tip. I’m from Holland so my English is maybe a bit strange.

Does yr salbutamol/ventolin relieve the cough? No yr English is fine

I only use foster nexthaler, no ventolin

Maybe u should have,it's the main reliever spray.in yr position,I'd be asking for it

Ditto me. If I miss a dose I end up with productive cough. Must investigate further.

If you have a productive cough (coughing up phlegm), then it's best if you make an appointment to see your GP or asthma nurse for a proper assessment.

there are other meds that can reduce the phlegm. I take montelukast and spiriva. See what the dr suggests.
