Peak flow app with reminders

Can anyone recommend a peak flow recording app for iPhone that notifies you when it’s time to take a measurement? I’ve been using asthma md but it doesn’t have this feature and I keep forgetting to take my peak flow.

Check out the Health App which comes pre installed with your Iphone. You’ll find options for adding medication reminders, I use this everyday to get an alert to take my medication. You can record peak flow measurements and inhaler usage but there isn’t an alert though unfortunately.. The symbol for the Health App is a red heart on a white background. I use this app everyday and its very useful.

I use "my therapy" app. It's free.

You can log all measurements and medications, set notifications for any or all of them. You can add inventory and set it to tell you when running low so can order more in plenty of time, which is esp good if your dosing of meds changes with how well you are.

It's also really handy for showing paramedics when they turn up what treatments you've given yourself and your regular medications, when you can't talk more than a few words at a time.
