Emthesloth reply.I was on Spiriva Respimat (morning) and Symbicort twice - midday and at night. It worked for me. I've now been put on Breztri- which is a 3 in one.. 2 puffs morning and same before bed. Finding it effective. Minor coughing still.

Been using the new yellow Breztri over the last month. Hard to use. Difficult to feel the dosage being dispensed so its hit and miss- has a counter and I do the cleaning and priming .Hopeless design.

I'd contact Yr dr if that model is hard to use. There may be an alternative
