I certainly struggle with my asthma in the heat. I think it’s because the air is heavy with less oxygen than a normal/ cold day.

Asthma ok at the moment but hayfever has worsened. Hopefully the weather will cool down before the pollen really affects my chest.

I don't know if you are in the UK but the air quality is pretty poor this week. I think it's the Saharan dust cloud, which could explain your flair up. I was sneezing a lot last week but I think that was the pollen from my flowers in the garden.I hope you're feeling better.

Yes, my asthma has been unhappy this week or so. I have had attacks into the low 300s most days, but peak flow was 670 this morning, all very strange.

Something's definitely up with my asthma as it had been behaving relatively well and now is grumbling. Peak flows aren't my most reliable guide as they don't necessarily budge in a useful way, but I check periodically and they're into low-mid yellow zone plus more noticeable symptoms. Not sure if it's heat or air quality or both - generally lungs dislike heat.
