HNY everyone 🥂. My experience with Dupilumab seems to be going relatively well. I have had 5 injections. spaced two weeks apart and the last three I have done myself at home. I have the usual side-effects with umabs specifically nausea, headache and dry eyes but the alternative is not acceptable. I have been back at Yoga for a few weeks and things were going on the right direction until I tested positive on Christmas Eve. Definitely know my body is fighting something however feels like a bad cold with sniffly and blocked nose, some phlegm and a little coughing. Seem to be recovering after a week and I am keeping everything crossed that this will be it. I have managed to avoid it for nearly three years but I was a hermit until very recently 😁. Wishing you a very happy and healthy 2023 🙏

Happy New Year. First Update 2023!
Hi corinneyvonne
Happy New Year!😊
So glad to hear that you are making good progress with the Dupilumab … that’s great news. 🤞 it continues for you.
Also I am interested to hear that they have let you inject yourself after only two doses.
I have an appt on 18th Jan and I fear that they will push for me to move from Benra to Dupilumab - that’s what they have been threatening anyhow.
Though I have to admit I have had a bad couple of months with hosp admissions so I guess the Benra is not working as well as it was initially.
But it is really helpful for me to hear your experience so that I can make an informed decision whether to change or not.
Do you mind me asking if you have had any problems with eye infections.. as this is something they said might happen on Dupilumab which has worried me a little. I don’t like messing with my eyes!😬
I hope you continue to benefit from the Dup.
Take care and thanks for the update.
😊👍
