Lung Pain

Hey guys,

I have Severe Asthma which is extremely well controlled with Xolair and oral meds. I haven't had an attack in over 2 years since starting Xolair or any symptoms other than a couple of chest infections. I even caught COVID this year and got away without any impact on my breathing.

Prior to being controlled, I would frequently get some mild pain in my lower, left lung but this was due to the constant asthma attacks and recurring chest infections. In the last few months, I've been getting the same lung pain but I don't feel unwell and my breathing is fine. I'm not sure why this is.

I will speak to my AN in 2 weeks at my next Xolair appointment but I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced lung pain when feeling well and controlled? I'm not sure if it's something I'll experience from time-to-time as someone who was once quite brittle or whether my body is trying to tell me something.

Thanks in advance!
