Side effects of Flixonase , my face is red and slightly swollen after taking flixonase nasal drops. Has this happened to anyone else?

Sounds like you may be allergic ro aomethung in it. I have been on flixonase for aome time now with no side effects other than the odd bit of blood occasionally when blowing nose. I would suggest a visit to your GP or asthma specialist.

I haven't noticed any side effects but I'm not a regular user. I find that I only needed to take a course when I lose all taste completely. The flixonase successfully shrinks away my polyps and my taste returns. Usually about 18 months to 2 years apart. The rest of the time I use Avamys nasal spray once a day.
