Just recently moved to new house, for my youngest daughter. However first the first week was feeling fine, but now I didn't sleep at all my chest was tight all night, felt wheezy all day. Not registered at new surgery till Thursday.

Anyone got any suggestions what I can do ? to help myself till I can get hold of a Dr or Nurse Practitioner.

Thanks.

Call 111 and explain the situ. They can get you an appt at your gp as a temporary resident until you get registration sorted or get you seen at out of hours! Of course follow your asthma plan, and if 10 puffs of vent etc don’t fix the issue for 4hrs etc go to hospital!

Hope this helps

What Emma said!

But for the longer term--are there new potential allergens there you can get rid of? Dust animal dander mold etc. that may be triggering you?
