Just had a small question, so yesterday my asthma nurse came to see me and we talked through what went on to land me in hospital etc. She also have me my AAP. But, I have a question, and perhaps you guys know why?? Basically she's put my red zone now at 260 (not 210 like before) and I'm just wondering why that might be?
Not a massive deal, just interested to know why it might've changed.
In positive news, I'm set to go home at some point today. Had no attacks in the night or since waking up, my PF is pretty good too at 390, so things are looking really good.
Hope you're all well!

430 is my best currently. And the current breakdown zones wise is 430/340/260 on the AAP. Will probably ask why when I have my appointment with her soon. Just struck me as kinda odd considering 260 is 60% of my best? Does that make sense?
I think they do sometimes use 60% of best as the amber/red border - particularly when either the asthma is more precarious or the whole situation is more complicated and so leaving things to get worse could impact on other conditions.
