Tight throat muscles and can’t breath in fully
That’s not the typical description of asthma. Breathing in issues and throat issues typically suggest it’s an anxiety issue or VCD not asthma. I know in the past you’ve said that you suffer from anxiety. Do you have any support of this currently? If not it may be helpful to see if you can access some.
Whilst it’s the weekend why don’t you try some breathing exercises and something relaxing (mindfulness/meditation etc) to see if they help as I’m assuming you’re finding that ventolin isn’t relieving the sensation.
This post may help you differentiate asthma and anxiety, and I think gives you a link to a few exercises you can try to see if they help. healthunlocked.com/asthmauk...
I would recommend looking up Breathing Pattern Disorder which is what I'm dealing with right now. Can be something you develop alongside asthma. Or something that just comes along out of nowhere. You can find exercises online to help retrain your diaphragm and make sure that you are using the muscles you're supposed to use to breathe instead of your neck and chest. Bets of luck!
Lee there were a lot of replies recently when you posted about this. Did you see them?
