What are the classic signs of a flare up? Felt like I couldn't get a breath in yesterday, so tried deep breathing, usually goes away but took a long time yesterday. I've just started new meds too, had to switch from dry power as it was a nightmare and couldn't seem to get into lungs with getting tongue in way not to mention reflux and throat blocking up! On clenil now and seems to be better

This page from Asthma UK explains asthma symptoms.

asthma.org.uk/advice/unders...

A flare up is merely these symptoms coming back. This is usual after preventer medication is changed because the new medication takes 8 weeks or so to kick in. So it's not necessarily a flare up but the kicking-in period for your new inhaler.

Further information is in the links in replies on your previous posts.
