My husband has now been invited to get his vaccination but he has been online and offered a vaccination centre too far away (bus and train journey). We are not comfortable travelling so what happens now?

What to do about the vaccination?
Contact your GP surgery. This is a common error that’s occurring on the booking website. In my area some people are being ‘suggested’ towns literally in different counties 100+ miles away.
So if you’re thinking it’s that sort of error (and know it’s not your closest vaccination centre) contact GP. If it is the closest vaccination centre then you’ll have to wait until your GP is ready to do missing people (if that makes sense). You could ask to be put on the ‘spares’ list if they have one.
Try ringing the service - 119. They could be able to override the automatic allocating of centres and manually find a slot.
Hi pnelance
That's true I used 119 and got both dates for my jab also told if it's too far ring back and nearer the time and they might have cancelations nearer my home
Rang 119 and they said there was nothing they can do, so I just guess leave it and wait and see.
what date did they give you hun just thinking if it too far in the future cancel it and book through 119 then might get one nearer home
