Asthma and women of colour

Does Asthma affect women of colour more severely than men? Is this to do with genetic pre-disposition?

Can’t say I have ever heard that, but who knows. It does mean that someone has to collect the stats for that to be established, as they are with some other conditions. Do you think that is the case. I am very Caucasian by the way, even genetically (yes, I checked once).
