Is this a cause for concern.... side effects to fostair 200/6

I’m currently on a trail of fostair 200/6 I started taking it Friday for last 2 days Iv had aching muscles and cramping in my legs and back, tingling in my left arm down to my fingers and I’m quite tired and lethargic. Should I be concerned or shall I wait until my check up Friday with my Gp incase these are side effects that will pass x

They're very common side effects and usually lessen over time and, for most people, disappear completely. If you're concerned do phone your GP beforehand though.
