I have been having slight pain in my upper back and front of my chest, but other wise feel well. I have been taking more of my ventolin as finding chest feeling a bit tight, checked my peak flow and that's fine. Unable to get in touch with Dr's as they have problems with staff and covid.

Pain can often be muscular strain as a result of breathing strangely, often nothing to be concerned about. But if you have increased asthma symptoms anyway then you need to call your GP (they must have a system in place for speaking to people) or, failing that, call 111.
Pain related to asthma can be a sign that things are deteriorating. You say your chest has been tighter and that you've been taking more Ventolin. Give 111 a call and explain your GP practice isn't available and they'll be able to ensure you see a GP in order to review your treatment plan.
Maybe a infection and you need steroids.because I had the same symptoms for three weeks and had a go to the hospital because my doctor is not seeing patients and the stand doctors would not give me anything.
Definitely phone 111.
