Who treats ACOS

I am beginning to go in circles with my exacerbations and not getting support from my GP. I am trying to find if there are pulmonologist in the U.K., preferably Leeds or Manchester, that specialises in ACOS. However, London is ok especially if it near Watford. How do I find out who specialises in ACOS to request a referral?

You can use the NHS "search for a consultant" tool by speciality: nhs.uk/service-search/other...

thanks for you thoughtful reply. I have checked the link and it does not list specialties within Respiratory Medicine.

Respiratory medicine is listed, then work your way through to the specific geographic area you want. The list of specialists will give the option of clicking on each one which then gives the hospitals they work from. Unfortunately, the next step is to phone the numbers provided to check if that specialist or hospital specialises in ACOS.

It's unlike private medicine websites where specialities are more detailed.
