Live with hubby/3 adult kids/4 cats & a mini schnauzer....... and ASTHMA.

Had it since childhood. Disappeared at age 28, when pregnant, came back differently at age 40.

Aged 50, Asthma changed again and now just turned 60 ...yep, it’s stepped up a gear.

Have under active thyroid, Vit B12 deficiency, Hay fever & bouts of Sciatica resulting in numb legs & feet. Degenerative disc disease & a bit of osteoarthritis in my facet joints.

Due to COVID, been isolating since 30th March with a letter from NHS
