In Extremely Vulnerable group: got text but letter lost in amongst my stuff!

I spoke to my GP and given I am on many medications and have had several hospital admissions I am clearly in the extremely vulnerable group.

I have a text from the governments saying I am in the extremely vulnerable group but I’m a uni student and I can’t seem to figure out whether my letter would’ve gone to my uni house or my home!

Given everyone’s had to leave my uni house I’m not sure how I will get hold of my letter!!

Does anyone know how I can get another one? Or if the text is enough to get hold of help such as deliver slots.

My mum is understandably a little worried. My whole house is trying to stay in as much as possible to prevent getting me sick so finding a delivery slot would be a life saver.

Anyone with any advice would be a lifesaver!

I’m sure gov.uk will have a record of the letter so you should be able to book delivery slots. The letter may be proof for employers etc which you ? may not need if at uni. I’ve no idea how to get a copy sorry
