Hi All,

Looks like I'm on the "stricter social distancing" list - any ideas what that might mean? I've been avoiding the shops as very concerned that the madness might be too much (my local stores have all been featured on the news for queues) so just wanted to sense check? asthma.org.uk/advice/trigge...

Thank you x

If you are on the list you cannot leave the house at all for 12 weeks if you are not on the list but just vulnerable then stay in but only leave for shopping and meds keeping social distance of 6ft
