I have just joined this group today as like many, I have mild asthma (triggered when have cold or chest infection) I have been getting so worked up / scared about the impact if I should catch the virus. (I do appreciate there are many worse off than me) I've had bad throat for 2 weeks and today have been given anti biotics. Doctor has put me back on the prevention inhaylor today and I have my trusty sabutamol ready if required. Any other tips for keeping my asthma heathly while we all play this waiting game?

Please try to stay calm and make sure you take all the right precautions. Just being sensible will help a great deal. Sorry can't say anymore apart from you must do whatever you think is best for you. Have a lovely day and take care of yourself 😊 Bernadette xx
