Advice for bedding!

Hi does anyone have any advice for the best type bedding to try and reduce the risk of an attack?

Hi.. We switched to a pure wool duvet & pillows last year & we've noticed a big difference. They are a bit pricey but in my opinion worth every penny (brand name 'Baavet' based in Wales). Hope it helps.

It depends on your triggers. I got a hypoallergenic mattress cover and when change mattress that also is too. Our pillows are also the same and covered.

Hi! I have a mattress protector that fully encases my matress making it much easier to hoover.

I use non smelling washing machine soap powder called Smol . Only available online.

Pillows are covered and zipped too.
