Having just read about (yet another) rude/nasty note left on a parked ambulance whilst paramedics were working, I thought I should channel my anger and frustration at the situation into something positive!
Many of us will have had to have made use of our green clad friends, either for a close friend/family member or for ourselves. Now I’ve often thought they get the short straw... all the grief, hard work and stress in scary situations, none of the thank you gifts and chocolates that docs/nurses usually see!
I thought it was time to spread a bit more thanks! My plan is to fold it into the envelope and place on the next parked ambo I see (which in my area probs won’t take long 😅). Please, if you want to, steal this idea and spread some love in your area!

What a beautiful gesture. Last time I was taken to A and E in an ambulance I had the most lovely paramedic. She pretty much carried me into the hospital, explained everything to the doctor on duty and stayed telling me everything was going to be ok until I was settled and receiving treatment. I gave her a big hug and she said it was her first hug from a patient ever. Amazing people who deserve more praise and recognition.
