Just to add to an array of weird symptoms, so any of you get tender upper arms along with your asthma symptoms? I tend to find it can come along with rib pain but they feel sore to touch like they are bruised. Could this be a side effect of meds or another asthma quirk do you think?
Thanks in advance!

I get this too. I don't know why but possibly as I'm using all the muscles in the area to breathe which is not their primary function and causing stress and pulling muscles as a result.
I have very tender upper arms. If they are bumped it really hurts. (More than it should) I have never thought this had anything to do with my asthma but have also never had an explanation for it. 🤷🏻♀️
I don't have particularly tender arms but I do have ridiculously tender legs! They bruise very easily too and there are always bruises on them. I think it's a side-effect of medication as the tenderness and bruising has increased in-line with medication being increased over time.
