Hi

From my POV (as every asthmatics different so there may be some variety);

Lack of sleep; a result of asthma but not really a trigger so no real effect

Lack of water; nope - just a dry mouth

Reflux - yes a trigger for asthma - ID by if your symptoms get worse after eating (or after certain foods)

Lack of fitness - a catch 22. Obesity can be a contributing factor if asthma, however exercise can also be a trigger. Fitness takes time to build up and some asthmatics find that the fitter they are the less issues they have, others find no difference! ID’d by if you’re symptoms are worse after exercise, then through time (whilst you improve fitness)

Hope that helps explain things a little

Dehydration makes most medical problems worse. My doctor says I should drink 2 litres of water a day. It's easier if you fill four 500ml bottles of water and use that for all drinks (including putting some of it in the kettle to make tea). I don't often achieve 2 litres but do attempt it every day.
