Asthma and PMS??

I am 33 years old, female.. having diagnosed with asthma 1 year ago. I take asthlalin inhaler for it. I am faving problems of asthma during PMS and attacks are quite frequent on those time of the month..anyone with same problem or solution

Try introducing magnesium supplements and vitamin d 3 with k2 mk7 and see how u get on

hello aman ask your gp to test your magnesium levels its not a accurate test but it might help also check symptoms of magnesium deficiency and what type of magnesium would be best for you.
