When you say you've tried everything, are you saying that you have been on all available treatments? If so, have you requested further tests, such as CT scans, X-rays, etc.?

Like what minushabens said... what do you mean by you’ve tried everything? Are you under a hospital consultant or is it just your GP who deals with your asthma? If you are under a hosp have they talked about refered you to a specialist hosp? Have you had the extra testings, such as LTFs, CTs and bloods etc? Have they discussed any biological treatment for your asthma?
It can take a while to get through the system (took me 2-3 yrs and still trialling things), but it’s very rare for people to have tried everything and get no real improvement... only really those not eligible for biologicals really hit this zone (or those who react to them 😕).
Without knowing what stage you’re on and the rest of your history it’s hard to offer suggestions. Your best bet is to call asthma UK and talk to one of their asthma nurses about your history and any advice they may have to help you improve your control. Whatever stage you’re on at at the moment (GP or hosp) you can ask to be referred to the next level if they feel they’ve gone through all the options available to them. I hope that helps x
