Asthma.

The problem is that my Asthma seems to come on more when I get a kidney problem.

I feel like I can't get to the bottom of my breath properly.

Do you mean when you get a kidney infection? Not sure how a kidney disease would effect asthma? If your immune system is stressed with an infection then i guess you might be more prone to increased asthma because of inflammation. Only guessing as I've no idea how the kidney issue effects you.
