Losarton potassium side effects

Has anyone had any breathing difficulties with losarton potassium for high blood pressure only I feel like something is sat on my chest but the doctor says this is not a side effect for this medication need some advice please .

Several years ago I was changed to Losartan 100mg; it was terrible almost immediately.

With a bit of an argument it was changed back to Valsartan 160mg, I notice my notes now have an entry for drugs to which I have an adverse effect and Losartan is in there now!

Difficult breathing and shortness of breath are listed as common side effects!

Thank you new It was the tablets why I was feeling like this doctors don't listen I will be going back can't cope feeling like this.

I feel exactly the same and will be discussing this with my GP as soon as I see him.

I take this blood pressure medicine and it's combined with a mild water pill. I have not noticed any adverse side effects regarding my asthma. I've been on Losartin for six months. My asthma is a cough variant and wheezing type of asthma.
