Just wondering if anyone else experiences the same as I’ve never felt quite this bad before? I always get sore, achey ribs after an attack that sort of makes me feel like I’ve been hit by a truck! You really don’t realise how much you use your ribs until they ache but this time my legs really ache, so do my arms, shoulders and neck and all round my glands 🙁 my legs usually hurt after an attack, don’t know if it’s the combination of medication, my body cutting off the oxygen to where it’s needed most or both?
Anyone else suffer these side effects?
I did probably go back to work sooner than I should have but I had 210 children relying on me to deliver an assembly!

I wonder if you underestimate just how exhausting having an attack is. Actively breathing (instead of it happening as usual) is very, very hard work. When you are that tired all of you aches and you have to give yourself time to recover. I’m sure someone else can do assembly! It’s also quite common to have headaches with not getting quite enough oxygen. Look after yourself.
Perhaps, I’ve been a lot worse in the past though and this time it just seems to be taking longer to get back to normal. Maybe I’m just impatient!
Yeah, I get really bad headaches after an attack and the day after. I’ve tried to rest as much as I can this weekend so hopefully I’ll be back to normal soon
