Hi

Just a quick question does anyone else get really shakey after an attack ? I used to think it Was because attacks made me tired but I seem to be noticing that after an attack my hearts racing and I'm shivering and shaking

Does this happen to anyone else ?

Hi,

That sounds kind of familiar. I don't really have attacks, more constantly breathless, but wondering if it could be the meds rather than the attack? If you take a lot of Ventolin when you have an attack the side effects could leave you feeling that way - I know it doesn't take much Ventolin for me to feel like that.

Hope you can stay attack-free for a bit! Either way it's not a great feeling.

Hi,lil tinx

I get the shakes with multi dose reliever but no palpitations xxx

When I use multiple reliever and Atrovent doses I get the shakes.

Ive found i shake if i use lots of blue, im pretty sure its just a side effect from using lots of salbutamol.

Also, if i have an attack, i shake lots as i set my nebulizer up & when putting liquid ito med chamber.

Again, certain its due to lots of blue

Howie :)

I am also on Bricanyl and it really does make make shake, it is so frustrating espescially when carrying drinks.

I am also a bricanyl user both inhaler and respules (like nebs) I shake less with this than with ventolin and that was the reason I was given it! I do sometimes get very cold after a big attack and that can cause me to shiver.
