Feeling mad

Hi everyone

Sorry for my rant but the last few days my chest has been tight, no matter what I use or do it doesn't seem to ease off, has anyone got any suggestions? Nice weather comes everything seem to fall apart, chest tight, short of breath nothing helps

Go to your doctors and get a same day appointment. Tell them its an emergency as your asthma is not under control and you need to been seen. asthma.org.uk/advice/manage...
