Cough that keeps you awake!

Charlottewalker2017 profile image

Hello all I have been suffering another flare up past week and no sleep etc! However I have bought a bottle of Albas oil, normal people would only need a few drops... I have used nearly half a bottle, spending the night steaming and direct oil on chest / back and feet! Don’t be shy with the oil (I got 7hrs sleep last night and I feel like the elephant is lifting) I am still not back to me fully but seems to be massive improvement! And hey I got sleep, so that’s a winner right! Bit coughing now so have just repeated!
