well just had 999 out started being sick and blood passed out could not breath for what i thought was a asthma attack turns out panic attack ox was 100% heart rate was sky high blood pressure threw roof had to have ecg but im ok now just tired that was terrifying took 50 mins to clam down still shaking so coffee and bed now i think all my obs where fine they where happy to leave me at home i feel so stupid

Don't feel stupid as full blown panic attacks are very scary and as you have found out they can have severe physical symptoms. I hope you are getting some help with them.
