Getting bored of this...

This is part looking for advice, part rant!

Been a bit bunged up on and off for a few weeks and only got out of hospital from my chest's last hissy fit a few weeks ago.

I've been feeling much worse since Friday, with a horrible throat, dry cough and really bad chest tightness.

As if this wasn't annoying enough I then woke up with a raging fever yesterday of nearly 39 degrees and although it's going down with paracetamol it was back up this morning!

At a bit of a loss as to what I should do, I'm on placement at a GP practice at the moment and I've already had over a week off with my last admission so can't really miss anymore time! Getting really bored with all this, hopefully my consultant has an idea at my appointment next week!

Poor you very frustrating when you suppose to be doing work of experience of all places a doctor. Use this experience as a learning curve to help understand how other patients feel when they are like you. I always like to turn things on their head and try to find the silver lining. No to decry from what you are feeling I hope you are better soon.
