This year I've had about eight colds. They now trigger my asthma so I have to avoid them. However, that seems impossible. They are incessant. I'm currently on my second this month. I've had prednisolone five times this year, half a dozen lots of antibiotics . . . it's really getting to me. I'm starting to wonder if there could be an underlying health problem. Anyone have similar?

I you sure these are colds? I say that because I had 6 years of what appeared to be incessant winter colds before I was diagnosed with asthma. Inhalers had no effect on the "colds", but I discovered that if I took Beconase and Ventolin at night, the "colds" seemed to dry up. Might be worth a try.
I know this is an old post but anyway. I have had asthma for a few years. Now I keep getting colds, really bad debiliating ones, it seems to be connected to using the inhalers and the fact that your adrenal gland function changes the more you use the inhalers. i.e. the more I use them the runnier my nose gets, the more blocked it is if I dont use them so much, etc.
