Hi yea not good the storm we had had last night here in wiltshire made my chest bad I was puffing bit easier this morning

Just take it easy is don't like it too hot as I work outside hate it when people say wish I had your job don't think know they realise we have to work in it

I couldn't cope outside working in this weather would kill me went to town earlier only 10 min walk nearly killed me straight home on nebuliser x

Uh um, hopefully, such weather will not stay long, rain forecasted tomorrow at the south coast sometimes it relieves. Feeling asthma coming in that heavy approach every morning, evening. And again, and again my smartphone replaced Ventolin. Stay still to all.

Had a big thunder storm in the night but still warm a breeze now but still uncomfortable x
