The rain has certainly brought down the pollen count I notice better for me. Forgot my antihistamines the other day and nose and eyes were reacting. Do you take antihistamine? I take montalaust too. Glad to hear your better

My hayfever is really bad. Had sinus infection but like you chest is clear. Just started taking antihistamine. Been taking sinus relief tablets which seem to help. I hate this time of the year.

Hey mines been really fluctuating depending on the weather, definitely liking the rain right now! Recently been given steroid nasal drops (Flixonase) to help with mine (as well as montelukast and fexofenadine) which seem to really work well once it's 'absorbed' - tastes/feels foul tho when putting them in. I tend to only use them when I know my hayfever is bad or when I'm getting a sinus infection. Good to know you're feeling better and that you've kept you chest clear! X
